Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how REDE collects, uses, and protects information when you use Citadel. Citadel is a professional tool for real estate agents to measure and improve their visibility in AI search engines. By using Citadel you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, brokerage details, market areas, and the queries you run — as well as usage data generated as you use the product (features accessed, scans performed, and results recorded). When you run a visibility scan, we send the query text to third-party AI and search providers to obtain results; we do not send your personal contact details to those providers beyond what is necessary to perform the scan.
How we use information
We use the information to provide and improve Citadel, compute your visibility scores, generate recommendations and content, maintain your account and subscription, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Citadel relies on third-party AI search and data providers (such as Perplexity and search APIs) to generate results, on Supabase for data storage, and on Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Closing your account will end data processing associated with it, subject to legal retention requirements.
