Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Citadel, a product of REDE. By accessing or using Citadel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Citadel helps real estate professionals measure and improve their visibility in AI search engines, and to publish authority content. Visibility scores, recommendations, and generated content are provided for informational purposes. Results from AI and search engines change over time and are outside REDE’s control; we do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation, score, or outcome.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Citadel lawfully and professionally. Content you publish through Citadel must be accurate and must comply with all applicable laws, including fair housing laws. Citadel includes a human-review and fair-housing check step before content is published; you remain responsible for the content you approve and publish.
Subscriptions & billing
Citadel is offered as a subscription priced by the number of market areas you maintain. Fees are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. Changes to your areas may adjust your pricing band. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
REDE retains all rights to the Citadel software and platform. Content you create and publish remains yours; you grant REDE the rights needed to host, process, and display it as part of providing the service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Citadel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of business, rankings, or revenue arising from use of the service.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions can be directed to REDE at admin@vacationhome.group.
